SmallPict adalah layanan optimasi gambar berbasis cloud untuk WordPress. Kami menyediakan kompresi otomatis dan konversi format (WebP, AVIF) untuk membantu meningkatkan performa website Anda.

Setiap paket berlangganan mencakup kuota pemrosesan gambar bulanan:

• Paket gratis: Kuota bulanan terbatas untuk penggunaan personal/testing.
• Paket berbayar: Kuota lebih tinggi sesuai tingkat langganan Anda.
• Penggunaan melebihi kuota akan diantrekan hingga siklus tagihan berikutnya.

Pembayaran diproses dengan aman melalui Freemius. Langganan diperpanjang otomatis kecuali dibatalkan. Semua penjualan bersifat final. Kami tidak menawarkan pengembalian dana.

Kami berusaha untuk uptime 99.9% tetapi tidak menjamin layanan tanpa gangguan. Pemeliharaan terjadwal akan diumumkan sebelumnya bila memungkinkan.

SmallPict offers WordPress plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) and API/SDK plans (Ignite, Velocity, Momentum), each with defined processing quotas, storage limits, and where applicable, CDN bandwidth allowances, as published on our Pricing page. For WordPress paid plans, "unlimited sites" means unlimited site registrations under a single account, sharing one monthly processing quota pool—it does not mean unlimited independent usage per site. Subscriptions in a pending payment state that are not completed within 24 hours will automatically expire and must be reinitiated.

API keys issued for the WordPress plugin and API keys issued for the API/SDK product are distinct, non-interchangeable credentials and may not be used outside their intended product. Attempting to circumvent WordPress API key limits, CDN bandwidth caps, or processing quotas through technical workarounds, credential sharing across unrelated accounts, or misrepresentation of usage is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension.

Managed CDN delivery (provided via Cloudflare) is included with Starter, Pro, Business, and Momentum plans, subject to the fair-use bandwidth allowances published on our Pricing and Documentation pages. Where you choose to connect your own CDN account (Bring Your Own Key, available for Ignite, Velocity, and optionally Business), that CDN service is governed entirely by your agreement with your chosen provider (Cloudflare or AWS CloudFront). SmallPict is not a party to that agreement and is not liable for your chosen CDN provider's availability, performance, or billing.

All purchases are final and non-refundable at this time. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
