2. Description of Service

SmallPict is a cloud-based image optimization service for WordPress.

3. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Each subscription plan includes a monthly image processing quota:

• Free tier: Limited monthly quota for personal/testing use.
• Paid tiers: Higher quotas based on your subscription level.
• Usage beyond quota will be queued until the next billing cycle.

4. Payment & Refunds

Los pagos se procesan de forma segura a través de Freemius. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen. Todas las ventas son finales. No ofrecemos reembolsos.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
